Marketing Internship

Our vast inventory of impressive entertainment & décor options will leave employees, clients & guests talking about your event long after it ends.

Overview:

Marketing Intern will assist with all Marketing duties in the office. They will help with the preparation and gathering of supplies. They will be included in the weekly marketing meetings. Intern will learn how to use MailChimp and create e-mail blasts. Will be able to create content for website and social media. Must be ready to think creatively for blogs, content for website, and social media.

• Unpaid Internship, College Credited
• Must work 15-20 hours a week
• Work Hours (Monday-Friday 10AM – 5:30PM)

• Create E-mail Blasts Using MailChimp
• Create Marketing Flyers
• Create Prospect/Client WOW! Gifts (coffee mugs)
• Create WOW! Presentation Folders
• Find Ideas for WOW! Social Media Posts and Blogs for website
• Make sure all Networking websites have current & Accurate WOW! Info
• Create New Content Pages for WOW! Website
• Create YouTube Videos for DIY Centerpieces that will WOW!

Requirements:

• High School Diploma with some course work in college
• Interest in Social Media Marketing
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Must have Driver Licenses and Vehicle for Transportation
• Must be Detail Oriented
• Willing to adhere to our WOW! Basics
• Must be able to Multi-Task
• Must Have a Good Work Ethic
• Must be Willing to Engage, Learn, and Have Fun
• Should be able to work independently as well as a team
